Since 1992 Ches Calvo, Conceptia Consulting founder and CEO, has worked as an engineer, consultant, project manager, auditor, sales director and business manager in various countries and across industries, such as financial services, business consulting, IT and event management. In 2006, he commenced a new career path in the financial services, working for one of the largest Canadian hedge funds, raising millions of US dollars, from high net worth individuals, private banks and fund management firms.

His professionalism and business ethics coupled with his extrovert and friendly character, along with his international experience, working with professionals of different cultures and faiths, has enabled him to create a vast network of clients and partners around the globe.
